FAQ's

Questions I get asked a lot, and some worth mentioning...

Q:- Documentary photography - what is that?

A:- Sometimes known as reportage, it's essentially recording things in a factual, true to life way. When applied to wedding photography it's capturing the events naturally as they unfold, playing a minimal part and not posing or staging events.

Q:- I like the idea of letting the day flow naturally, but could you take group shots too?
A:- It depends on your timeline for the day, which we'll run through beforehand but usually we can plan around a short time for a handful of group shots.

Q:- How much are you to hire and how do we book?
A:- It's all over on my pricing page, but in summary, £900 for full day coverage, £700 for half day. To book, get in touch and tell me about your day. Your booking is only confirmed once your deposit and contract are received.

Q:- Are you working during Covid-19?
A:- Yes, as long as your wedding goes ahead, I can be there (guidelines permitting) to capture your day. Jump over to the blog to see some of my latest weddings.

Q:- How many images do we get?
A:- As a guide you'll receive upwards of 300 images for a full day shooting. These are all fully edited and delivered in your own personal password protected online gallery.

Q:- Do the photos have your name on them?
A:- The photos you receive do not have my name or any other watermark on them no.

Q:- How long after our wedding do we get our photos?
A:- I aim to deliver your gallery within 4 weeks of your wedding. In the quieter season, the turnaround can be quicker, but it will not exceed 6 weeks.

Q:- Can we print and share our photos?
A:- Yes & yes - absolutely! The images are yours to use for personal use so print and share away...

Q:- Do you produce wedding albums?
A:- Yes I do. These are designed by me and professionally printed to the highest quality. Pricing depends on sizes, etc. but as a guide they start from £300. You do not have to agree or pay for this prior to your wedding, this can be bought as an extra later.
